UI/UX Designer
Design interfaces used by India's NGO leaders — from rural healthcare trusts to urban foundations. Your work will directly affect how effectively Indian civil society runs.
About CSA Group
CSA Group's design team is responsible for the entire product experience — the NGO-facing dashboard, the public-facing NGO websites we generate, the donor-facing payment flows, and the marketing site. Our users range from 24-year-old startup NGO founders to 68-year-old trust trustees who are not comfortable with technology.
What you will do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing with NGO staff
- Maintain and evolve the design system across the platform
- Work closely with the engineering team on implementation
- Design NGO website templates that are accessible and performant
- Balance visual appeal with the practical constraints of our user base
What you need

- Strong Figma skills — components, auto-layout, prototyping
- Portfolio demonstrating real product work (not just concept work)
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum)
- Ability to work within an established design system and extend it
Nice to have
- Experience designing for non-technical, older, or Tier 2/3 city users
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to communicate better with engineers
- Experience with mobile-first or multi-language product design
What we offer
- ✦Hybrid work: 3 days Noida office
- ✦Health insurance for self and family
- ✦Annual design tools budget (Figma, Mobbin, etc.)
- ✦Work displayed on 13,000+ live NGO websites
